The kit is built and tested in front of you, then the packing list is signed on both sides. On return the check is repeated item by item. It takes fifteen minutes and prevents unpleasant conversations a week later.

We replace it the same day across the region, and we hold reserve stock on the most-hired items for that purpose. The out-of-hours line runs at weekends during the season.
