We collect only what we need in order to answer: your name, a way to reach you, and a description of your request. We do not profile visitors and we do not use browsing data for advertising. When an enquiry turns into a quotation, the data serves to prepare that quotation and nothing else.

14. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for twenty-four months, long enough to retrieve a past exchange. Contractual paperwork and service reports are kept for the term of the contract and for the statutory periods that follow, and are then destroyed.

15. Data controller

The data controller is the company named in the footer of this site, reachable at the details given on the contact page. Your right to refer a matter to the CNIL remains open at any time.
